Williams & Bay Construction is looking for a full-time on-site role of Foreman, located near Traverse City, MI (Maple City). The Foreman will oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising crew members, operating and maintaining heavy equipment, and coordinating with other trades. The Foreman will also handle site maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:
• Supervisory Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Experience with Heavy Equipment operation and maintenance
• Experience with water main, sewer, storm, septic and grading
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and on challenging terrains
• Experience in excavation or construction industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications or licenses are beneficial
